Will not stop calling offering an extended car warranty. Calls are comming in on my 13 year olds cell phone. I have this on the do not call list but they continue to call. Any attempt to inform them of these facts results in them hanging up on you before you get the third word out.

Outrageous, huh? I get half a dozen calls each day, sometimes with no response at all when answered, they left messages at first about the "important business matter". Now they just hang up. Never have I had ANY card or account with Macy's/Bon/Bloomingdales or any of the Federated stores or its associate companies. Done the online research and I dunno exactly ya'll, but somethin definitely aint right. (variety of numbers over the last 2 months). I sure wont shop there. If its them, they should be held accountable- if its not, their legal team should have shut it down long ago. Make your complaints people; then vote with your dollars, take it somewhere else.

Junk call!

i think this was a scam phone call. the man stated that i would be picked up at work on monday and taken to the court house by a payday loan i never took out. he had all my personal information and wanted the name of my lawyer. i would not give him the information and told him i would have my lawyer contact him. he became very abusive. there was alot of noise in the back ground and the conversation had mnay dead spots in it as if he was looking up information. he stated he was from a law firm. when i googles the law firms name it is not a valid law firm. when i typed in the phone number they were many complaints about this number being a scam. i even went as far as to contact my local sheriffs office and they also stated he was a scam.

I agree with pretty much all posts. They call indicating some type of "case number" and told my husband they were representing him in a civil matter. Total BS! We checked his credit report and nothing like this. Believe its an old CC but not sure and honestly dont care. Might change the number to avoid these calls.

Recorded voice said "Mike" was sending me a message from Cosmo Web and to press "1". Then it went on about what color to paint his house -- at which point I hung up.

Called himself Mr Grant. He called on a restricted number and then give me the actual# He was trying to collect a debt . The info was unclear.

continually try to be removed, get hung up on, call back, get a recording, make it stop, ours is a business line to a hardware store and we need to keep the phone lines for customers not stupid inconsiderate assholes who wont stop calling.

I am getting a call from this number everyday and when I answer they hang up and when I don't, they don't leave a voicemail!
